Help and Support
When you’re using the software, you’ll find step-by-step tutorial videos built into each section. You’ll also gain access to a Metro2 support community of over 7,000 users. If you’d like deeper guidance, live group training sessions are hosted every Monday and Wednesday at 8 PM EST, and Saturdays at 2 PM EST (schedule subject to change).
How Do I Pay for Letter Mailing Services?
To have the software mail your dispute letters for you, select your preferred PPAMS mailer in the “Document Destination” tab, then generate your letters. The PPAMS provider will automatically send you an invoice. Once that invoice is paid, your letters are printed and mailed. Alternatively, you can print and mail the letters yourself just print in black and white and double‑side to save costs.
What Is a “GA” and How Many Do I Use?
A GA or General Attack is a type of dispute letter targeting adverse items on your credit report. You can send GAs to the three major credit bureaus, second-tier bureaus, and individual creditors. Each person gets 1 GA per round, and rounds recur monthly (approximately every 30–35 days).
What Does the Monthly Subscription Cover?
Your subscription grants access to the Work Area, where you build and manage your disputes. It also includes a monthly allocation of GAs so you can dispatch letters regularly. Without an active subscription, the software is unusable.
Do I Need a Copy of My Credit Report?
Yes. The software integrates with MyFreeScoreNow to fetch your credit report. For optimal compatibility and accuracy, the MyFreeScoreNow Epic Pro Report is recommended.
